DESCRIPTION:Onkwehonwe Games – Dallas Squire\, a former professional lacrosse player from 6 Nations will be running a program that focuses on traditional games (e.g.\, – lacrosse\, peach pit\, double ball\, etc.). His programs include learning about and playing the games and/or using kits to put together small games. \nGrades 3/4 to 8 will take part in this presentation.\n8:45 am – 10:25 am and 11:05 am – 12:45 pm \nThis program supports our physical education curriculum as well as complimenting our learning skills (problem solving\, collaboration and initiative).

DESCRIPTION:Upcoming presentation – Soft Shoe Dancers is a dance group from Emily C. General school on the Six Nations reserve. Their presentation includes a lesson about traditional dances and regalia. They will be performing some dances and have the students participate in dances as well. Grades K-2/3 will be taking part in this presentation. \nThis presentation supports our Indigenous curriculum as well as complimenting our music and dance curriculum expectations.
